Highpointe Ranch Lights are a Private Utility:
Call Before You Dig:811 - The streetlights in Highpointe Ranch are owned and managed by the home owners association. Therefore it is considered a private utility program. There has been an agreement established that links the SD811 locate service to the private utility of the HOA, to locate the power services when someone is digging or trenching. This is to ensure that power lines are not damaged when digging occurs in the development which could be missed in performing a public only locate. The private locator will charge $62.50 per 811 locate which will protect the lighting infrastucture. The private locator contracted is:
